Hacken team is ready to share with you our results for the previous year. Compared to 2020, our revenues increased 6 times. Hacken is now a leading auditor of DeFi and NFT projects and a top auditor of crypto exchanges. More than 300 projects were audited by Hacken in 2021.

One of the most important events for Hacken in 2021 was the launch of Hacken Foundation, the accelerator platform for innovative startups with a focus on cybersecurity. Such projects as HAPI, disBalancer, PureFi, and ArtWallet were launched within this platform. The establishment of Hacken Foundation also created an additional utility for HAI token. Now community members can use their HAI to farm tokens of the Hacken Foundation projects. There are 2 farming options available to users: traditional farming and HAI LP farming.

Users can now buy HAI in a few clicks on the Hacken Foundation website using their VISA/Mastercard debit/credit cards as a result of the integration with Simplex. Also, HAI is now listed on popular exchanges including KuCoin, MEXC Global, Gate.io, Uniswap, and PancakeSwap.

In October 2021, Hacken launched the community-driven project Hacken Scout aimed at conducting a comprehensive audit of the blockchain world by forming an army of scouts to collect information about the security of popular tokens. In 2021, CER.live became one of the most trusted resources on cybersecurity data in the industry. 300+ exchanges are now included in the crypto exchanges security ranking provided by CER. At the end of 2021, the security score given by CER.live to exchanges was transformed into a security rating to resemble classic ratings such as Fitch. The next objective for CER.live is to introduce the cryptocurrency ranking.

Our developers released a fundamental update of the HackenAI application. The updated version of the application now supports Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum blockchains. Users can send/receive tokens of the Hacken Foundation projects and bridge their virtual assets between networks using the “Bridge” function found in the “Wallet” section of the application. Also, users can now claim farmed tokens directly in the HackenAI app.

In June 2021, Hacken introduced the desktop version of hVPN, the VPN service for crypto users that secures their activities online. In September 2021, our team released hPass, functional and secure storage for sensitive information such as seed phrases, private keys, passwords, secret notes, credit card credentials etc.

In 2021, Hacken entered into a partnership with >70 ecosystem products and IDO platforms. These partnerships will allow us to reach new clients and will have a positive impact on the popularization of our security services. Our audits are integrated into CoinMarketCap, one of the most visited crypto resources. By noticing the Hacken logo on the CoinMarketCap page of the token of their interest, crypto traders and investors can be sure of its security. Hacken introduced a new B2B service Hacken Certification. Now projects that pass at least 1 out of 3 security testing options (security audit, penetration testing, or bug bounty program) by Hacken are eligible to integrate the Proofed by Hacken certificate into their websites to demonstrate to users and investors that their data and assets are in safety.

Our team participated in the top events organized by industry leaders such as Solana and CoinGecko and government discussions (Virtual assets in Ukraine – 2030, by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine), as well as organized our own events for cybersecurity enthusiasts and promising cybersecurity entrepreneurs such as Blockchainhackers meetups.

Hacken is setting an ambitious target to capture a 20% share in the Web3 cybersecurity industry by 2024 and the determinants of our success in this direction are specified in our Strategy 2022. The road to Web3 cybersecurity leadership has started.
