This time the event will take place in Lisbon, the city that will become the global center of crypto discussions and reflections in November 2021 including Web Summit and Solana Breakpoint 2021.

For example, just for the first 7 months of 2021, the damage caused to projects by DeFi-related hacks was almost 3X greater than for the whole of 2020 ($361 mln vs $129 mln).
